I just love pancakes which makes me more than happy when someone gives me an idea of a salty mixture. My brother-in-law gave me a delicious suggetion:
- tear a carrot
- cottage cheese
- sheep/goat cheese
- a lot of garlic
- a lot of parsley (is not to be seen in the picture)
- sour cream
Mix it all and serve it with the pancakes! Bon Appetite!
